At Dan Henry Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals and tags attached, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the watch to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
